Company provides trainings to all employees every month. Learning is too good. Better scope of career growth.

Dislikes

Do not join this place unless you need a job very badly. This is worst work culture I have came across in my career. The head of department is worst leader who do not know how to even talk to employees and treat them as if the employees are servants. Therefore the same is doing by his deputy. Shouting on employees is a common things for these guys. Poor politics which is doing by some team leaders against their team members. Team leaders not doing proper time management due to this poor work-life balance happens. No job security & no innovation is here. Salary/appraisal is not so good. No chance for travel....Read More

They hired me to do 3D modeling & detailing but I'm not getting any work related to my work profile. My work is so boring here like non technical workers of Assembly line.

Working culture is not favourable for few, experienced people tend to leave asap. Blame game and politics is quite high. HR dont care much about experiences of siffering people.

Working environment is very good. Groth prospective is better as compared to other tier-1 supplier. Facilities are very well. A learning school where a person career grow rapidly.

It is one of the best companies to start as a fresher as I experienced a lot of learning. There is a lot of innovation in the company.

Dislikes

Mentors are not enthusiastic at all, also they are not much supporting and are sarcastic most of the time.There is a lot of Communication gap due to which work always get delayed.

Work Details

I was an intern in Electronics Design & Development Department where i worked on projects related to hall sensors. Also, i had hands on robotic projects. From learning point of view, it was a very good experience for me. But dere's much commmunication gap
