Park+ is a good company but major concern here in Bangalore apartment sales team, Jai Khatri and Sunil Ku Gangwar, these two so called senior employee are misusing the company's Tag Along policy while staying on leave and while being out of station also. These two bogus fellows wonder themselves to be superior and they are creatingmonopoly in the workplace, If higher authorities will find out the unfairness done by JAI KHATRI & SUNIL GANGWAR and if these two are fired and replaced with other good human beings definitely Bangalore team will shine out no doubt....Read More

These two so called senior employee JAI KHATRI & SUNIL GANGWAR are misusing the company's TAG ALONG while being on leave and while being even out of station .I wanted to highlight this issue as it affects the fairness and efficiency of resource allocation within the company. I would like to bring your attention towards some ongoing serious concerns I've observed within the office environment. It has became apparent that ZM- JAI KHATRI & City Head-SUNIL GANGWAR have contributed to a monopolistic atmosphere in the workplace. Decision making seems to be concerned within a small group, leading to limited opportunities for others to participate. History says that in bengaluru apartment sales team no person lasts more than 3 months in Jai Khatri team due to his rude over attitude arrogant nature and that so called city head Sunil Gangwar he is such a bogus fellow who made him city head he even dont know how to speak english properly....Read More

Absolutely no support is there from the top level executives sitting at a head office when it comes to handling clients escalation. Also they have not yet settled my Full and final settlement amount which is legally not correct and sign of unprofessionalism. I will strongly advice people not to join the organisation and consider other options. Learning is immense as you get to work across functions be it nay role designation you are at. Everyone is easily approachable as it is a startup.
