Compensations w.r.t experiences and qualifications is yet to be standardized. Staff welfare to be improved w.r.t. site conditions. Implementation of schemes like incentives and remunerations for stage wise breakthroughs or achievement in site to be done.

Dislikes

No standard slabs of salary based on qualification and experience. Staff welfare not been taken care.. Authoritative organization at Site level

Dislikes

If you join at a junior level position without knowing anyone higher position man, you’ll be treated badly, like a dog. The HR behaves very poorly. They give old items like mattresses, bedsheets, and beds. If any basic items are missing, you may have to wait 3–4 months to get them

Skilled employees are kept here or we get to take loan from very seniors or facilities are also available for the employees, we all work together and there is understanding among all.

Dislikes
