There is no work pressure. Working environment not soo good but ok ok.

1. Internal Politics are very high. In the IJP also same they select a person before they announce IJP 2. Salaries are very very less. 3. Main thing there is no work recognise if u do 24/7 they won’t appreciate.

Company is good but present management is worst and Worst HR team... Fake promises and dirty politics done by the management and recently they laid off 40plus hardworking employees but HR wife is safe, she retrained for @4 times ..without any intimation they suddenly disconnected our access no value for employees and don't believe few top ratings because management, themselves rating 5 star and 4 star to cover their mistakes.......Read More

As I am a medical coder I am not satisfied to work with my organization there is no encouragement or benefits for hard workers. Worst management in all aspects. Best thing in organization is excellent coding stuff.
