Leaders take decisions only to meet their KRAs Not by looking at employee benefits (Replacing one time credit of 24 annual leaves into 2 leaves/ month so that most cost can be saved with more loss of pay of employees, forceful sodexo opt in rather than helping n guiding employees for other tax saving instruments like deducting for health insurance with better benefits in addition to Group health, nothing in joining kit, no yearly bonus, no joining bonus, no relocation benefits for new joiners, no incentives/performance bonus for all the departments, no monetary reward policy (Only online coupons/voucher), no monetary service aniversary benefits (only a silver coin-Just wear it like you got a medal), no annual team outing, hardly anyone talks about learning and knowledge sharing, no succession policy, Promotion policy not fair, promotion/appraisal % depends on managers and HODs kindness not on any data or performance parameters as they are still ill-defined with unclear goals, you are a feedback taker not a giver, Most of the people are closed and feel insecured of any changes for better, High amount of productivity goes on repeated follow ups- Lot of procrastination, no culture of thankfulness and recognition, flexible remote work policy but from already predefined locations- you can't just work from anywhere, Almost 10 hours of working (sometimes even more) with 1 hour of break that need to be taken in 3 counts...Read More
