Unethical working practices & psychologically unsafe working enviroment. Asking people to voice opinions fearlessly and then retaliating when they raise concerns by giving them low performance ratings, no growth, isolation, constant criticism, blocking lateral movement within the organization.. the list is endless. HR enables the unhealthy work enviroment and toxic managers telling the grieving employees that its their fault and they should quit/look for another job.
