The company has a nice work culture and allows the employees to work freely, also there is great support from seniors and all the employees are motivated and appreciated for there efforts. Cultural events and other celebrations are conducted. Superb cafeteria and clean and tidy atmosphere with free snacks and beverages. Great infrastructure with modern equipment's and gives employees exposure to the latest Software and Technologies. I'm sure there are a few things I don't like about this job, but there's no such thing as a perfect workplace, and the fact that I enjoy it indicates that the benefits I receive here are far more greater than the minor annoyances. 1. The transparency of policies and appreciation is limited in the words of team leads and not seen in salary or bonuses. 2. I see the different people in the same post having the same experience are not treated according to their performances (Visible discrimination) 3.
