Working environment is good and colleagues are helpful.

Dislikes

Management is very bad. They are always track your time through a software if you are idle for sometime then the manager will ask you for applying half day leave for that day. It doesn't matter if there is work or not in company or in the specific project.

- They use TimeDoctor to check your screen time. And it should be 8 hrs/day to mark your attendance. Sort of a micro management. - I left the organisation with in a month of joining using proper resignation process. But they charged me 1.5 lac as a training cost. Amount was absurd. They have some good projects. WFH in some cases.

Dislikes

They have no written policies, so senior management does whatever they want. They can tell you to stop WFH and move to a different city in one weekend time. They don't even pay travel allowance. They hold your salary and deny joining bonus without any notice. They try to emotionally blackmail you. Pathetic management. They track and record employee's screens....Read More

I have been working here from past 1.5 year. It has been a great experience working here till now. Team managers are too good and supportive. One of the best company I have worked with till now. Highly recommended.
