As it is a real estate there is lot of wealth here which i need the most that's why.

As it is a real estate company the director only focus where there is possibilty of profit.and as he can see only the sales manager could give him profit they only parise their work and all rewards and recognition goes to them only.and very ironically the back hand employees gets nothing. Also there is no surity of job they can kickus out anytime as one of the senior manager once said "bahot ladkiya hai humare pass"....Read More
