Very poor and ad hoc in terms of process. There is not even an internal portal where employees can have access to their salary or leaves etc. Management keeps changing every week. Moreover instead of management, a set of old people dominate the company and the day to day decisions and they usually have control over all the departments, you only have the option to follow them to be in the system. Work life balance is just "0". Management expects you to be available in any weekend and on any national holiday without any prior notice. Employees are not supposed to say "NO" and due to irrational estimates and commitments to clients, employees are usually and frequently forced to work on 24*7 mode.
