There is totally political environment.

Dislikes

Atmosphere &Work cultureis not good, . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Might be u get salary decent but carrier growth is too slow. If u want to do politics then u have to go there ,because without politics u can't survive there. Job security is not there.

Work Details

The job is not good there, your personal will definitely hamper because you can't take a single leave, even u work on Saturday, they on paper only 5 days working. But they are 6 days working. Don't go there , they are extend everyday. 9 am to 7:30 .

I liked how our manager use to block her ears at difficult times. I liked the way she use to ignore her team at the time of escalation handling. And i love her dedication towards her family. She used to talk to her sister and son for hours and hours from company’s landline. She is one of the prime reasons why i left Pyramid. Thank you for a life time experience.
