Nothing, it just sucks. It’s only looks fancy basic call centre job.

Firstly it feels more like a high school more than an office. There is so much micro management. There are times set in your calendar at that time you aren’t even supposed to move from your desk nor talk to anyone except make calls and even when they have no clients to work on they just ask you to call candidates even when they is no job to offer. I left like a scammer while working there. If anyone who’s desperate for money you can join they basically hire anyone and everyone. My first interview went so bad as I was not prepared I was sure I wouldn’t get a call back by the HR team helped me prep for the manger round by telling what they’ll ask I should have gotten an idea by then but I was desperate as I was a fresher.And people like Jaya should be taking classes on how to talk to employees and get out of her data entry work / team lead. Who only knows to abuse her team and keeps wondering why is everyone quitting and daily one or the other team members would be crying cause of hers. She had ruined the whole company’s image cause of her behaviour. That women couldn’t stand that I spoke to the HR on her she excluded me from all the team activities and stopped me from coming to the office as it was night shift we are only allowed to come to office by company’s cab and she didn’t book my cab on those days and asked me to work from home and kept close tabs on my work....Read More

The company has lot of youth crowd, as they mostly target freshers, so there's lot of people you can get along with and not get the feels of you are working in an office setting.

Dislikes

The fixed promotion system, the fixed salary, no appraisals, they hold recognition awards every month but its mostly biased, lack of unprofessionalism from colleagues. (TLs & Managers are professional), no scope of work, just same old work of making calls and sticking onto your desk, there's lot of powerplay from so called tenured ppl in team, all the good opportunities and clients goes for them. And from last year they have started making rules like we are in school...Read More

There is no manager available to address our concerns. HR has not responded to any of our inquiries. There have been no salary hikes, no hybrid work options, no promotions, and no appraisals. It feels like HR is avoiding employees whenever we raise issues. My last meeting with HR was in October 2023, and it's been a year since then. My advice to future employees: Do not choose this company.
