Even if the management is highly professional but it provides Family culture which i think now a days is most importnat when people are going through a lot of stress due to pandemic and other issues.

I'm fortunate enough to work on Aiwozo which is one of the leading RPA product in the market. It's a great product with a strong vision & future roadmap. The team is very agile & great fun to work with everyone onboard. The management is always open to your ideas & suggestions on product development & updates, and the work is mostly collaborative in nature. Everyone is willing to help.

Dislikes

Sometimes it does get a bit challenging as the product has been growing very fast. But love the work & learning opportunities here overall.

Currently working in the Aiwozo RPA product team, and it's great overall.

The work life balance depends on the projects you're working on, but overall it's very good & no issues at all here. Most of the projects are very good for global reputed companies & opportunities to learn while working. Benefits are mostly similar to other leading IT companies.

The initial training process is great... the team lead & manager really help you during your initial training phase. Truly a great set of people here at Quale. Highly recommended work place for freshers.

The team manager & seniors are show a lot of interest to bringing new ideas & features to enhance features & UX. Extremely innovative work as most projects (especially in AI) are in upcoming technologies & features. Flexible working as long as you're able to meet your deadlines most of the times. Salaries are at par with the current standards.
