Work life Balance is to improve by providing the pick up and drop only for the general shift staffs. Rest who are presently working in Shift is OK now also. Other details like Job security, career growth, learning, CSR activity is good. Salary we will get in the bank on last working day of the month is the most important high light.

Dislikes

When customer is esclated for some issues related to operation. We will not get any support from management rather we will be fired during the customer esclation.
