Company culture is very good, But salary & promotion is only butring man's they are not judging people company policies is good but HR, & GM are very bed in Radisson Blu hotels

I worked freely with decision making power. Owner are kind and cooperative.

No job safety. You can through out without a reason. No appreciation for performance.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates as well as all seniors are very well kind in nature and most supportive. Again the Management of the Hotel is transparent. Company policies are also very well appraisals fair and they give good salary and also give a moral support to their employees.

Dislikes

Salary is good but no career growth .Duty hours are too long and no security in duty hours . Company policies are good but no increment in salary as well related post and no bonus provided.

Well the job is quite interesting but I struggled at every stage of my job . There is a training session but not most useful for my career growth . I did spend 4 years of my career life at Radisson Blu hotel but there was no promotion security .

Staff are good and My previous Managers and GM, they are very helpful for me.

They don't want to Staff Promotion. In this five years I saw only Two years they give staff promotion letter.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Its my big mistake to choose wrong hotel. Yhere is no security no career no growth for future there is no policy for employees everything is bad experience. And no salary at the time of pandemic situation. 😡😡😡😡
