No job security , people are blame or point out no small small things totally politics are going on in Radisson Blu hotel rudrapur management is so cheap and low mentality ,they shift people from one department to others department because they don't have fulfil staff so if anyone speaks against them they make the things and try to do that things that employee ask for clearance and in clearance they do so bad things thye give clearance accordingly some people they give on the spot clearance some have to serve notice period in other department very bad politics play by them especially that hr komal chaudhary and executive housekeeper mr Dinesh bhatt and g</mark>.m Mr ashustoh pandey are not do any things against employee no Good things done for employees only for manger townhall only done when owners are coming that.
