There is nothing to like about this toxic place. Totally mismanaged and unorganised company, it's a totally third grade LaLa Company. They don't even have funds to release salary on time. Owner is an Idiot, doesn't know how to behave to people. They have hire and fire policy, people are terminated without any reason. Good work life balance. The company is not at all supporting it's employees during lockdown,not paid for even a single day, reducing personal leave for initial lockdown.
