Work life balance, timely salary

They don't give you F&F settlement on last day of relieving. We need to beg for letters and f&f, and amount for serving notice and leaves don't ask just think you have put money in donation for them. DGM level is keeping egos and stopping f&f and letters is the worst scenario i have faced. Salary will be given high only for new recruits old employees let them be there no problem.

Work Details

No growth for each level you have to wait for 3 or more years. Only good thing is life will go on whatever it is , less pressure, no proper trainings only for records.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
