Working at Ratna Sagar has been an enriching experience. I am working with a kind and collaborative team that encourages out of the box thinking and believes in dividing the work. As an editor, I had the chance to learn many new things like editing manuscripts, rules of editing, different formats of writing, crafting content for different age groups, and also got a promotion. The management is supportive and supports fresh ideas. I also got the chance to attend workshops and conduct activity sessions with children which proved to be a great asset in creating schoolbooks. Sometimes the work gets too much but the management makes sure that the tasks are divided among the team-mates and the products are best quality.

The company used to be competitive with multinational company culture till Dr. Jain (Founder and M.D.) was alive but now it is becoming truly a LALA type company and there is no job security for any one and the work culture has become worst especially for sales people. Many old employees have left the company after Dr. Jain (M.D.) passed away on 31.03.2019 as the new M.D. (his son) doesn't have faith on anyone except one or two people and all decisions are taken by some one who doesn't have any knowledge. It should be the last choice to join Ratna Sagar now as new employee can not think of making his/her career here....Read More
