The only reason is CEO Ajay Gupta and his vision towards the future technologies and motivation to the colleagues and he will be very close to all the colleagues and sort out the issues if we raise any

Very poor administration infact public washrooms better than this organisation washrooms no tissue no hand dryer no water and always water leakage and getting bad smell to till work stations if you raise ticket also it will not resolve. Second thing is as usual poltics they will support only girls if you have lot of skills and if you show your 100% performance also they will not push or support you they will support the people who are surving them and moving with them closely. If you get any issues leadership team will not respond but incase if you missed any meeting unfortunately they will conduct 6 meetings for this issue. Obviously no job security here and 3 yrs bond if you break this bond you need to pay 4 lakhs mandatory until unless you serve 3 years. Very less times you will get appreciation that also when you received appreciation directly from client then only manager will appreciate. Coming to work culture if we get any high priority issue manager will ask work on weekends but when you explain your issue manager will directly says who cares that is not my issue literally hectic work culture....Read More

The company have many political policies in all departments. No job security. I had bad experience in Ray business. No work culture.

They are hire you and fire you without any notice. Job security no You will get a surprise for immediate notice to resign. Bad political in the organisation you never think about it the person is doing as political or not. A lot of Good acting persons available there.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
