RPG company is the best company in the world. All most too good like for our career growth, salary our performance base to provided,rules,policy,learning,work environment, training etc. RPG company is a family.

Dislikes

I am not manage this job and my house due to very long timing for coming and going to company and home. RPG company at Halol and my home Vadodara. So I am not managing.

Different Work days policies for every departments such as planner,Purchaser, Store department takes 5days week, whereas Quality production. Low salary among same designations.

There is no job security in Raychemrpg, HR ask you to provide resign suddenly without any prior notice.

I didn't get the chance to excel my career there,I struggled during my 6 years of career in Raychemrpg for salary, promotion and my problems also not address bye any one.
