The best thing is it has a positive working environment where the leaders and the management are openminded and support teamwork.

Dislikes

There should be more training opportunities to help teachers understand the program.

Since the staff members work together as a team the work load is shared among members which makes the work easy. A lot of growth opportunities are given and members are encouraged to take up different roles within the institution.

I like the friendly student-teacher and parent-teacher interactions.

Dislikes

Lack of competent and well-trained Education managers leads to very unprofessional decisions against teachers and general staff. Honesty and professional RESPECT is never part of their operation....this is the more reason I just chose to walk out of RBKIA.

Work Details

In my department, I found working here very HECTIC! Most of the time I was handling a workload of 38 lessons compounded with other duties! When a teacher leaves (very common in RBKIA), the load is dumped on me and the management will never acknowledge!

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The management was not open to ideas and suggestions from the teachers, which was very demotivating.
