I have faced many bad things in the company, but still I can appreciate some good points of this company. 1. Till the last day (before resigning) I have never seen any delay of employees salary credit. 2. There are some policies of celebrating if they can achieve the goal of monthly sales. This kind of policies motivate employees.

Dislikes

I have seen very bad politics among the employees in the places I have worked for this company. Some people are under too much pressure and some people are relaxing all the time. Manager's behavior is very bad. I, myself, have worked for 18 hours continuous and seen some of my colleagues working more times even more than 2 days continuously but still not getting a word of appreciation. The worst thing I have experienced here was the period after resignation, not only me but also all my ex colleges whom I've seen to resign, faced the same thing. When I left this company I was a trainee engineer, and it was my first job, so I did not have much knowledge about the procedure, and they took full advantage of that, they cut out my last month's salary, and they managed to do that just because I missed keeping some documentations....Read More

The company is good for experienced person,the multitasking and innovative ideas are prefer first.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day and sometimes late into night. Managers do not value individuals, unique strengths. Also,there is no on-job training for freshers.

Work Details

My work is as a Trainee Engineer but the number of different jobs are perform without any training are prefer to me.Machine operating and servicing, distribution of product orders, logistics work.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
