For Bangalore Only and only the brand name on your CV. Also, this entire brand identity of Red fm is completely based on Delhi & Mumbai stations. Bangalore Red Fm doesn't really have a brand identity in the city.

For Bangalore Please Read all the points 1. The station head should immediately be behind the bars for how he mentally tortures the employees 2. The station runs on the fingers of the station head. He is extremely egoistic, master of politics, believes in divide & rule policy. He creates unnecessary tiffs between employees tosatisfy his own ego, that's the reason teamwork is a myth in Red fm Bangalore. 3. The management is absolutely chaotic. The station head always projects to the senior management that everything is going smooth in the station wherein the scenario is such that employees literally can't stand each other. In this way, the senior management sitting in Chennai thinks that the station head is so hard working and can manage everything on his own. 4. The station head is such that to project himself as an obedient employee to the senior management, he can RIP of an employee by putting false allegations on him/her infront of the management 5. Salary is below industry standards. You are expected to work 24×7 with pea nut like salary on your hands. There will be unnecessary LOPs where you will lose out on your hard earned money 6. The station head will always threat you with LOPs if you don't agree to do what he is asking you to do. You can't give your views. For example: During Covid lockdowns (employees were forced, threatened to come to office) if someone was not able to come to office due to unavailability of transport, the station head threatened LOP 7. The HR is a joke. He isn't even a HR, works like a good for nothing clerk. If you ask any doubt to him, he will go to the station head, have a customized answer ready which is directed by the station head 8. The management will take advantage of your personal problems. Like if they know you have a home loan or any kind of loan, they will push you more to be obedient to the station head knowing that you can't leave the job all of a sudden cause you have monthly EMIs to pay....Read More

Everything is worst. Managers utilising the slangs, you are named as a keg account manager but you have to do NBD as well. The managers here will never let you do the job more than 6 months. They will make your life hell. No support from top management and at the end the manager will ask you why are you putting your papers. Salary is not up to the mark as per your work , no incentives and please don't talk about promotion( I know I was not eligible for promotion but have seen people there who are desperately looking for another jobs) no increment, worst culture. Company , managers doesn't even care if the employee is alive or not. They just want to do numbers. They just tell you the timings are 9:30 to 6:15 but I dare you to go before 8 'o' clock in the evening and while season time be ready to work till 11'o' clock as well...Read More
