Avoid this company at all Costs The company is a mess. Management has no clue what they are doing - decisions are made last minute and there is no strategy or direction. The company is currently firing people left and right without any proper reason. It doesn't matter how you are performing. There is no transparency / growth / respect for employees. You have to reach office at 9:30 but cannot go home at your designated time. Our HOD is a Power tripping and a clueless freak. Always having a hard time remembering our names - leave alone the financial numbers.
