a) Poor management at divisional level. b) Mid management severely outdated and it is often difficult to work with them c) No matter how hard you work, your promotions are time bound (In fact sometime, even if you are entitled for the promotion, it all depends upon the vacancy)

Workplace is full of slacker and buttering employees. Most of the Senior officials take credits of others hard work and do favor to other slacker and buttering employee in same team. In a team, only 1-2 members do hard work and there is always 1 slacker member who has been fitted by Senior official as formality and he gets all the credit of work. Yearly appraisal is fake here. It's a service provider miniratna psu in the varied field like projects, export, quality assurance etc. Scope for growth is ample. Like many other PSU issue of politics is there. Some unworthy people have their way most of the time. Lazy & Inefficient people not being addressed or taken into account for reform.

Ample time for personal and family purpose. Leaves are never a problem. Work is a little bit redundant but still more or less interesting.

More work less salary, wasting of time, job security NIL, kick out after one year of apprenticeship and also will not provide completion certificate easily. I didn't get yet after completion of 6 months of training.

Thanks for time Survived in this company, two chances give to contract employees for regularisation however very few candidate selects.

Dislikes

Lumsum Salary is not enough as against market. No house rent paid to contract employees. No promotion, no job security, no transfer allowance and frequent transfer issue, etc.
