I highly admire the enthusiasm of Rubicon for taking this pandemic in a positive manner by promising Maharashtra Government the production and supply of Hydrochloroquione. This itself created honour to work within all employees and many of them resumed to work even after the situation is turning worse each day. The company is providing basic amenities like masks and sanitizer at various places in the company premises, and face cover shield for watchmen and cleaning staffs who come across more people on daily basis. The management and staff are supportive as always which creates ease at work even during this situation....Read More

As noted above, I do admire company's efforts and flexibility but I would like to put forth a suggestion as well. There maybe chances that employees who are in utmost need of job may come to office even if they find themselves unwell. This is because we do not have paid leaves for situations wherein our building are sealed and at times someone is unwell at home. I understand that the same employees may also take this in an incorrect way and might misuse this, but we need to come out with some solution because most of employees do not have leaves now, which might create negative impact on smooth working of company systems....Read More

Some what liberty in initial days of job starting.

Very biased management.. They believe on their persons only. Even if new persons are qualified and prove their skill , they never appreciate. Once they make opinion on person, they will never change. They very systematically corner him. Management harasses person untill he leaves company. They donot have any respect for GMP of plant. Always compromise on quality of product and gives priority to volumes. Management imposes it's own GMP sidelining current GMP. HR is worst part of company and never felt presence of HR activities. Many peoples work keeping relations with management instead of performance and worst part is management encourages such practices. This company is not worth for senior persons as they get setback after few months of joining. Plant heads keep on changing every year. Finance department treats everybody as if plant peoples are doing something wrong and interrogates them very hard. Engg head is bock down always and overrule his power. All his requirements , works are always cross checked and approval is taken from managements project person who is relatively junior to engg head....Read More

Worst work culture. No job security. Specially from team leader and above post. Company will ask resign at any time for any silly reason. HR failed to develop good policy for employees. Less no. Of active projects. Priority change every now and then. No appreciation for good employee from management</mark>. During àppraisals no value to the remarks of team leader. Lack of facility. Unavailable to develop proper system. Unnecessary lengthy process of R&D projects. And so many things.
