Working at Saint-Gobain Glass has been a great experience. It is always filled with learning something new, challenges to overcome and learn to deal with objections and come out victorious. Teammates are very cooperative and supportive. Job Security is very good as its one of the Top Employers. Salary is credited on time. Work environment is good and Work-Life balance is great.

Dislikes

Being an upcoming division there are few shortcomings with which we have to work but that itself teaches us to push upto our limits. Career growth and progress is a little slow compared to other organizations but it gives a good work-life balance which is not really the case in other organizations.

I take care of the Interior Glass Division for Residences in Saint-Gobain Glass Division.
