You're paid a salary to do a job. That's the only good thing. Smooth talking the right people gets you places. Even if you're incompetent at your job. Competence can survive here only if you choose to remain blind to the constant tense political atmosphere. You learn to never take a good company for granted after you work here.

Management is the worst. Even an instance of s*xual harrasment was brushed aside by all the women in upper management under the excuse 'Why didn't you inform us before?' I was actively discouraged from communicating things over email as it would be offical communication. They held back my bonus, and didn't even bother to inform me of the finer details that if I hadn't quit 1 day before, I would have received it. No, once i found out, they justified it. The TL was a piece of work. The CEO of this company is what no CEO should be. Arrogant, egoistic, and even jealous. Absolutely toxic atmosphere. Absolutely pathetic state of affairs here. DO NOT JOIN. Or join, take the money and lose your sanity. If you have worked in a semi decent environment, you're going to find it hard to take this organisation seriously. Worked in Jaipur office. Managers were really good. When I joined I used to hear only positive things about the company, it was quite impressive. Even the founders was quite supportive towards the employees. Gave wfh leverage to the employees

This is just not right time to join the company. They are not doing good in terms of business. Multiple layoffs. No work life balance is there now due to loss of business
