Senior Management is really helpful and always encourage and push juniors and new comers to excel and learn new things.

The company's work culture is something that really stands apart from the others. All the seniors are very helpful and cooperative in terms of sharing their knowledge. Great exposure to several business domains in our country as they have got huge client base, which help us in learn different business use cases. Great place for them who are willing to grow and learn faster than usual workplace.

Dislikes

Work life balance is something to work on and introduction to an hierarchy could help the system in a better way. Other than that all the other things are balanced well.
