It's a good company to start with as a site engineer. They won't train you especially. They will put you to work test you and then keep upgrading you. And that's the best thing to do while you learn.

Dislikes

When you do all of those things said above you get a little time for yourself let alone your loved ones. Work life balance is a myth in this field.

The company gives every fresher a good chance to show their skills wheather it will be sports, cultural or professional. And they gives a good training to freshers about work basics through special trainings on site and through other senior persons

Salary for freshers is very disappointing.
