The work environment here is highly demotivating due to unrealistic expectations from the CEO and senior management. There's a complete lack of appreciation for employee efforts, and the overall culture treats employees as disposable. Work-life balance is non-existent — during production releases, employees are expected to work overnight in the office, sometimes for two days straight, and even called back if needed. The management is heavily biased towards the R&D team, and there is a visible lack of professionalism among newly appointed managers, many of whom lack basic leadership or communication skills. Some managers show no ownership or accountability, yet face no repercussions. One of the most alarming issues is the disregard for employee safety, especially for women being made to work late hours without any concern for how they'll get home. The leadership is self-centered, and many managers seem more interested in pleasing the boss than in addressing team issues or improving the toxic work culture.
