Love the work culture,very much professional yet each one of us gets a chance to prove ourselves,management was extremely supportive,in fact have never seen such teacher/staff friendly management,company policies are employee friendly,overall an extremely happy experience.

The management did not pay us even when we worked 18 hours a day to make our online classes a grand success in the city.

Dislikes

The mangement is inexperienced, not open to learn. The mangement has not fulfilled a single commitment made to parents or staffs in these 2 years. They use inappropriate language while talking to their staff. At the time of appointment they promise a lot of things and but after joining you will be humilated because you are not listened to after joining. Every now and then principal and vice principal is leaving the school. Teachers are asked to call parents for fees deposits. There is no canteen and not actual staffroom available. There is no facility for staff to have tea even. There is no time for the staff to have lunch in school. They haven't provided chairs for teachers to sit. There are no fixed hours or days for work....Read More
