Toxic work environment,so much politics,work life balance is zero.There is no value of your position if you are an engineer you have to do work of timekeeper ,foreman, supervisor as well

Shalimar is one of the biggest real estate company in northern region which has some of the finest projects in lucknow. Its a good opportunity for a person to learn and enhance capabilities while working in Shalimar.

Dislikes

The only thing which I dislike about Shalimar is that site managements and HR for their own benefits and appraisals never pay attention on the employee's growth and increments .
