Nice campus. They had many employee friendly policies few years back. But they do not exist anymore.

Dislikes

Too much workload. As there is no clear vision, so one had to repeat the same task. Less emphasis on teaching and more on paper work. Increment is very less. Lot of disparity in salary. If you know someone in the management then this is the best place to work

The initials years were the golden period when we were led by VC Shri Vijay Gupta and Chancellor PK Gupta. 1. ERP is very bad and directionless. 2. Unnecessary paperwork by changing formats. Killing teaching time of faculty and students. Wastage of paper. 3. Favoritism is very popular especially from HOD, Dean and Higher management killing the motivation to work. This is highly reflective in promotion, upgradation and all other areas. 4. Lack of faculty and hiring inexperienced faculty for the low salary has badly hampered the quality of education. 5. Although they have NAAC but their standards have fallen deliberately in last 2 years. It is tough to work in such a toxic and pressurizing environment....Read More

I had worked here as Peoplesoft Consultant. Think 100 times before joining this. Pros : No Pros Cons : This is one of the worst place I had worked any organization in life. Its a trap to get here. Worst HR, Worst Management and Worst hike, worst Bonus. You will not get salary on time. They have not fixed date for salary . No withstand over the policy they had made. They Policy keep on changing employee to employee. They are only running their Family Business without caring for their employees. You may get fire any time without any notice.
