Great work environment, culture and very supportive teammates. It's a very good company to grow up skills and kickstart your carrier with a great exposure. All staff members are very professionals and they listen to you if you are in some problem. Good place to work, and facilities are good to work in flexible timings.

Shorthills is growing fast, hence the work-culture and office environment are very energetic. The company has definite viewpoints and the senior management is extremely organized and helpful. Management has been very supportive and no pressure for job security during the pandemic time. Growth and performance rewards are decent.
