The company has a job security and works like a Lala company so you won't get professional environment here. However the most staff is of local vicinity and friendly.

Favouring bosses favourites people. People are promoted/Given appraisal not by their work but by being close to boss. Mostly relative. People are selected even before interview due to jack/acquaintances with seniors.. The interview is just for formality. People doing more work are given more work and people not doing work are being paid handsomely....Read More

Working atmosphere is good. Departments are very supportive. Leave policy and work timing is good. Well facilitated Township, Transportation, uniform. Easy approachable management. 2nd & 4th saturday half day.

Dislikes

Lack of 5S implementation. Less area of necessary Infrastructure like yard, shed for storage of materials as per 3 cement units, 3 Power units, solar plant, Railway siding, mines and others. Need to work on SOP implementation. Improper or different salary structure for same designation and same experience.
