If you want to enjoy Work life balance then sidel is good choice.

Synergy design manager ( Rohan Kunder)- Zero team management skill, over smart & behaves like only he have knowledge of every thing & bad habit of talking behind everyone. Director (Vikram Shiralkar) - He want only dominance over everything. Incapable team leads hired with reference of director, one of them is very careless about his responsibility, actually he was fired from his previous company because of non working & sidel hires this type of candidate as a team lead. second team lead is at least serious & loyal about his daily job. Hiring for sidel takes place only on reference basis, no one care about technical knowledge of candidate & company. Manager don't have authority to approve candidates. Every team member looks very decent in front of you only , on your back gossips are continuously goings. If you want positive work environment where you can technically grow, then sidel is not good choice for you. From last one & half year synergy management was changed & director hired is first favorite employee into synergy team who was working like cctv, then one by one he referred candidates from previous company, now lobby of peoples has been formed. Those who came with this lobby don't have fear of anything & very bad office politics for those who are not belongs to above lobby. Hr. ( Abhishek Patnaik ) - he needs 5 to 6 reminders for every single reply for our mail. Employee who left company is not your enemy, he worked for company for long time. At least give reply on time. you are not giving anything from your pocket. Most important thing is if you are leaving company after December then company will not give you variable pay for months after December & if your last working month is November then you will not get 11 months variable pay amount. Synergy Design Manager's behavior is not good, they focus only on firing employees and maintaining micro-level management. Design Director (Vikram) He is an internal gamer who speaks sweetly only when in front of you. He does not deserve a position like Design Director.
