The work culture is very relaxed. There isn't much work pressure on anyone. The learning curve is very good. You get a reasonably good salary hike year on year.

Dislikes

Nothing much to say. The only disappointment you'll have at times is that you would find that the new joiners even at times with lesser experience get better pay than the existing ones.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The work culture is relaxed. Taking time off is encouraged. Good health benefits, great long term retain program.

Dislikes

Though the overall work culture is great, it differs from team to team. In my team, the concept of ownership of the code/product is not extended to the entire team, only a select few. The top hierarchy is very saturated and the scope of new people breaking through is very small.
