Poor mechanism for appraisal and promotion As, HOD's are not competence enough. They take decision on the basis of there selective will no broad and fair judgement. On Promotion point I feel - 5 rating ( Extremely worst as they not promoted me during 7 long years of my service despite during excellent works received good ratings from other department - Design, Marketing, Thanks to my Useless HOD ) Lots of changes happened after welspun acquisition that too on negative directions only.
