Medical facilities for employees

Dislikes

Lots of politics issues in management areas. Salary is not sufficient for fresher as per our workload .There is bond of2-3 yrs experience afterthat for job permanancy but still lots of nursing staffs suffering from permanancy issues .So we fresher are also not feeling secure job in this managementAnd also no sufficient training given to fresher's.

Yes this institution provides you a good salary but will make you work like a donkey. Here patient is always right and staff are always treated as culprits. During covid duties hours were increased.. Our salary was deducted. And no basic facilities were provided..

A lot of benefits to the employees which includes complete medical insurance for staff and family. A lot of opportunity to learn and grow. Best NICU with all the latest equipments .
