There is no work culture. Just torchering is going on everyday and say that they will kick you from the company. Also the increment is very very low. Please dont join. I also left that company

The company have strong guidelines for employee health and safety. They started WFH 2weeks before India government notified about Lockdown. Team is provided with all the needed equipment's at home, without signing any NOC or forms. That's call employers trust on employee. During this pandemic situation, when there's a huge loss job loss & salary cuts, employees were ensured of job-safety and no cuts. A good example is, a office boy who joined just 2months back, was provided full salary for 7months, without any work. That's how company works, on trust, loyalty and safety.
