Don't not join the company.some reasons like During interview unprofessionally asking questions. Question was not clear. In my experience the HR policies is very waste. No rules regulations. They are intentionally harrassing to employees and as treat them to resign from position. Some times HO staffs using bad language. Every year they want hire new employees<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No job security</mark>. Owner should change HR department employees every year and some higher staff also then company culture will be good. If anyone join in this company it my suggest to take 5 ltr mustard OIL for malish senior. Then 200% job security will have....Read More
