CSS is good in terms of managing employee payments, technology use is well maintained. Payments are on time. Good infrastructure comparing to client based companies.

Dislikes

The JD doesn't match the designation. The client and parent company doesn't know what roles are been performed and how it goes well with career aspirations. There is no long term level growth. 3 different rotational is unexcitable for less than 2 months.

It's been 4.5 months and working hard with 3 different rotational shifts. No career growth. Communication from client side is not too effective and contractors are not treated equally which seems to be major issues. The specialist designation doesn't matc

Slash Support provided me great atmosphere to work and develop my skills and laid an foundation for me. There was good work life balance along with some good fun activities. There was never an boring moment when working for Slash. It gave me an opportunity to grow along with the company.

Dislikes

Night shifts were part of the job which could not be avoided, there was nothing else to write about that i disliked there.
