The pay will be very very less... I have joined as a fresher as trainee software with less package and completed 4years as senior software engineer... But after 4years my pay was almost equivalent to the pay, what they are giving updated pay for freshers... Other than that everything was excellent in SLK and I will never forget my SLK days in my life.

But management is very horrible. Most of the management is very old and their culture is totally different. If work time is 9hr, they are expecting us 11hr in office. Managers will force you to call them as "sir" Human resources is most horrible than management. Many people hired, then they won't assign any project. After 3months hr will ask you to search for new job. Office is near airport. Reaching there is horrible after hebbal traffic. And there is nothing nearby....Read More

Be a begger or unemployed but don't join this organisation if you like freedom else you do slavery in this company , with lots of restrictions you will work and at the end you will get 2%hike which is lower then bench people , don't have WFH policy, even if you leg is fracture where you can WFH but they will tell you that they will arrange everything but you need to come to office, Office is outside of Bangalore you will feel that you are in mid of forest, no food options, you will feel like school. For short duration this company is ok for long term think 100 times before joining all short term project..once come in bench they force you to bill if ignore fire.

Dislikes

It's far from city no communication depends on company can only. All mangers are waste you can't get any support. Also don't take any bonus( SRB) that is trap if you left early they will deduct from F&F.So many drawback.
