The company provides a work-life balance as it's work timing are quite good

If a person is skilled and good in one's job no doubt he/she will get new and better job responsibilities but this won't/ doesn't reflect against the salary one receive Although the company has a KRA based performance evaluation system but ultimately it all boils down to how close you are with your superior The higher management only keeps on rewarding itself and the union clearly highlighted after COVID 19 when the industry came out of slump.
