I'm the fresher for this company while I joining, but now I have completed 5 years in this company and still continue in this family, I m happy that I got a opportunity to show my courage and my skills of working in this company only, I joined as a trainee in this company but now I'm a shift-Incharge of a whole shift. Can directly contact HR about problems, they solve it soon,facilities of accommodation, travelings, in everything they will be with us. About the learning of work both practically and theoretically I got many things to learn daily.

Career growth is good, but salary is low.

You will receive the salary in the same month if there is delay they will clear all the due payments with in two months.There is no politics at site level and the employees are so good as We don't know the corporate culture and politics
