Salary and promotion appraisal was slow. Even tough I only worked for One year still I was expecting to get my salary increased by more but it was not to the satisfactory point.

I joined because of the brand & I was told it will be hybrid & 2 days WFH, but it turned out to be totally different later on .It was totally misleading & kept on changing.

Dislikes

1.No concrete policy & keeps on changing according to dept heads. 2. They don’t value the employees only care about business 3. No work ethics's only promoting buttering& personal biasness. Sr. Managements attitude is pretty bad.

Companies policies are very good very advance trainning system rules and regulations are very effective.

Dislikes

some times monopoly of site maneger and misguide about employees role to companies senior management but overall company is good I am personally in touch by last 4 year and admire the working of Alok ranaji abd Sabbir sir but very bad experience with current site maneger he have no knowledge of housekeeping but made head by company.
