Completely Horrible experience.. start time at 9 am and ends at 11.pm at night. No limited hours of work, all u need to do is sales ! Sales! Sales ...... I'll never recommend anyone to joine here... As a bda u need to do, 1. Lead generation 2. U've to search clients 3. U've to speak and close the deal 4. No one is gonna supportyou 5. Politics plays a major role for manager's regional ppls 6. Worse company and worse experience. They believe in only firing nd hiring, just because they are unable to achieve their goals of month they ask their employees to resign either they'll send termination letter. I would suggest all not to join this company.

I just like the way they are fooling their customers as well as MBA freshers by selecting them as a BDA.

Dislikes

Its culture, policies, there was no proper timing and schedule of conducting meetings, poor image of the product as well as company in the market. Just a wastage of time in this company as they matter your targets not the hardwork you did to achieve your goal.

Worst company ever. I will not suggest any one to join speedlabs. Worst work culture.

They will take work 14 hours a day and if you get sick they will fire you. I hope this was enough to explain.
