Only 6 days a month WFO, that's only the main USP of this company. While you compromise on salary, benefits, work-life balance and are expected to be on call to support 24x7 ofcourse.

I work in reconciliations team for Mumbai- RFR India. So these are related to that team only. 1. Less package compared to competitors 2. Managers are always micromanaging 3. They expect you to work beyond shift hours and you're rewarded for that by giving 1000₹ extra in a month. 4. Kanjoosi in giving out OTs while they make you work till 8.30am to 9.30pm 5. 5% hike is what they gave last year and this year, no matter how well you perform. 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They give 17k as salary to bcom or MBA freshers, which is outright down market</mark>. 7. SYSTEM ISSUES - omg the biggest one here, they call themselves as a technology company, but can't even provide a stable system to work on, there are always sort of issues everyday of the week. 8. They say WFH flexibility - but they expect you to login even at 10.30-11.30 pm in the night, if any work needs to be done. 9. Parag Kinariwala and Murtuza Bootwala's team of managers are pure garbage. Either they're on bulk week's leave in a month or either on calls, but they don't have time for you to call/discuss issues. 10. No scope of knowledge enhancement or growth. People working here are just there because of WFH policy and people are in their comfort zones. Take out that and you'll find so much chaos 11. Leaves are only granted mostly to the team leaders or managers. But for teams, no 2 people can apply for leave on the same day....Read More

The Drop facility is started for all the Employees and Salary credited on time

Here the managers don't listen to the ideas and suggestion of the Employees towards the client query and if Associate have an suggestion. If we agrue on some of the points and try to keep our points then Associate Managers don't listen and try indirectly keep this in mind and at time of appraisal and promotion they give the negative feedback to the Mageres and Director. And also no Bonus are being stops and reason are give like your re not working properly and hardly meets the request and all. And also work for the in morning for 1 hrs and later according to the shift as well. No work life balance....Read More

No Indian Festival Holidays, You have to apply for diwali leave as well. Very low bonus, Very low pay hike After sometime the work becomes clarifcal. Sometimes may ask you to log in early or work on weekends. Staying logged in for 11 hours a day is a very common thing here.

Work culture is pathetic i would say where you are expected to work for 12 hours a day without any overtime compensation. If you cant work for the desired amount than you need to provide a medical certificate showing any illness as a reason of not working for more than 10 plus hours.
